How we use your details.

Who we are. Hexi Industries Ltd (in formation), London. Until the company is registered, the data controller is Louis Newman. Contact: louis@hexi.industries.

What we collect. The details you enter in our forms: your name, work email, organisation, role and what you tell us about your site, GPUs and plans. We don't use advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.

Why. Only to reply to your enquiry about Hexi Pod 1 or a partnership, and to keep a record of that conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry you started.

Who processes it. Cloudflare hosts this site and stores form submissions. Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse and processes network details for that check. We send your enquiry to our verified email destination so we can reply. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else without your agreement.

How long. Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter a contract, when contract records are kept as the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to our use of them, by emailing louis@hexi.industries. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
